We primarily serve homeowners in and around:

Minnetonka, Eden Prairie, Chanhassen, Chaska, Mound, Plymouth, Victoria, and Waconia, Minnesota.

We may accept or decline any request for service, and we may choose to serve customers outside these areas at our discretion.

This site is intended for adults who can enter into contracts in the United States. If you are under 18, please have a parent or guardian contact us on your behalf.

3. Contact form and no online booking

Our website currently offers a “Contact” or “Request an Estimate” form where you can describe your project and share your contact information.

Submitting the form does not create a customer relationship, guarantee service, or confirm an appointment.
Any dates, times, or descriptions you submit are simply a request. We must review your information and respond to you directly before any work is scheduled.
A project only moves forward once we send you a written estimate, work order, or agreement and you accept it.

We do not currently offer online scheduling or booking directly on this site.

4. Quotes, payments, and deposits

We prepare quotes and estimates offline after reviewing your project details. All pricing, payment terms, and deposits are explained in those written documents.

We do not collect payments or deposits directly through this website. When payments or deposits are made through third‑party platforms (such as Jobber or others we may use in the future), those payments are also subject to the terms, conditions, and policies of the third‑party provider. You are responsible for reviewing those third‑party terms before making a payment.

If there is any conflict between information on this website and the terms in your written quote, invoice, or service agreement, the written quote, invoice, or service agreement will control.

5. Warranties and guarantees
